In 1973, the late Mr. Al-Ghamdi founded Othman H. Al-Ghamdi Est. (OAG), becoming the first registered security company in Saudi Arabia. Following the Ministerial Decree No. 7 in 1995, which required the Saudization of all security jobs in the Kingdom, the company evolved into Mohamed O. Al-Ghamdi & Brothers Co. for Civil Guards (MOG) in 2004.

Today, MOG stands as a Ministry of Interior (MOI) approved, Class-1 licensed security provider, delivering comprehensive security services to clients across private, military, and government sectors. As a 100% Saudi-owned and operated company, MOG remains family-run, with its president bringing over 34 years of experience across various roles within the security field.
Our leadership and personnel continuously advance their expertise through certifications from ASIS International, the UK’s Security Industry Authority, and the Security Industry Training Organization (SITO). We remain at the forefront of the Saudi security sector, pioneering solutions and setting benchmarks for private civil security.
Company Overview
Our headquarters are in Dammam, with regional offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Jubail, and multiple branches throughout the Kingdom. We employ over 500 Saudi nationals and an additional 500 multinational staff across administration, logistics, cargo management, and specialized security roles. This diverse workforce ensures that MOG not only provides robust security but also aligns with the MOI and labor regulations, contributing to Saudi Arabia’s economic growth and national security objectives.
